- Q: The hard Drive Connector is different than the old hard drive?
- Q: The hard Drive can’t be installed into the laptop hard drive’s slot?
A: You might need an adapter ( Connector ) for your hard drive you can find it plugged into the old hard drive , so you just need to unplugged it and install it to the new hard drive; You might also have to install it to the caddy which has permanent connector attached to it.

- Q: Installed the Hard Drive and system is not booting?
A: This Hard Drive is Blank “ Empty “ , you will need to install operating system on the hard drive to boot from the hard drive. Check your BIOS setting and see if your laptop is reading the Hard drive, if not you can fill the online RMA for replacement or refund.
2) Q: System keep crashing after installed the Hard Drive?
A: This could be because of the memory, the operating system or the hard drive. Either way, you can fill the online RMA for replacement or refund.
3) Q: The Hard Drive is not the size I bought? (e.g Bought 500GB but it reads only 380GB )
A: Please check the table below for the approximately normal size and if its away off you can fill the online RMA for replacement or refund.
